- Identify opportunities to improve project controls, forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility.
- Support implementation of project management tools, dashboards, and reporting enhancements.
- Contribute analysis and operational support to budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting and finance priorities as needed.

You should have:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, billing, or project accounting (engineering/consulting environment preferred).
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment.
- Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in project management and ERP systems such as Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, or equivalent
- Experience developing project dashboards and management reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies.

- Computer literacy in a Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Superior client service, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (bilingualism in English and French would be considered a solid asset).

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
