Enoch Civil Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role answers directly to the Sr. Project Manager and is designed to coordinate sourcing, mobilization and billing of construction & Industrial tools following award of contract.

The candidate will be required to work out of town at various sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, implement, and maintain business unit project records
- Support the development of monthly/yearly resource and revenue forecasting and budgets and cost reporting
- Manage projects’ day to day documentation such as generate LEM, cost report, invoicing, time keeping, material, and equipment management




- Reporting to Project Managers divisional concerns, issues, and performance of the project
- Generate and maintain request for information between field supervision, client, and subcontractor
- Maintain records of change managements
- Assist estimating in tenders and change orders
- Obtain and maintain project QA/QC documents for turnovers
- Communicate with the client and vendor during project execution

Qualifications

- Minimum educational experience: Diploma/Degrees in relevant fields - Preferably a Civil Technologist or Civil Engineering Degree.
- Minimum of 1+ years of project coordination
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Knowledge of contract specifications, road construction materials and industry requirements
- Display a qualified and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public always
- Be able to work overtime when required
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB
