Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Managers and field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and experienced in the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and manage essential project documentation, including work authorizations and completion certificates
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
- Assist Project Managers with client communication and job coordination
- Provide weekly progress reports and updates for all ongoing projects
- Monitor and manage scheduling conflicts and updates
- Ensure data integrity across all job management and operating software platforms

Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience in the property restoration industry
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Professional telephone etiquette and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal teams and clients
- Proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Proven Job Management software
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools
