Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Davisville, WV.

The Project

Manager will oversee visual content projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication between internal creative teams and external clients. Daily responsibilities include defining project scope, creating schedules, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and resolving issues or risks that may impact quality or deadlines. The role involves facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, tracking milestones, and ensuring that deliverables such as renderings, animations,



and interactive experiences meet client expectations and studio standards.

The Project

Manager will also support continuous improvement by refining workflows, reporting on project outcomes, and contributing to best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of multidisciplinary creative or production teams.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with visual content workflows (e.g., 3D renderings, animation, photography, video, interactive or VR) is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate development, architecture, design, or creative studios is an asset.
