Project Manager - Permanent - 4274

About the Opportunity A secure, well-established Edmonton general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) project delivery.

Low turnover, steady project pipeline: this is a place people tend to stay.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Manage assigned projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Build and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
- Direct site teams to keep projects moving safely and on track
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Handle contracts, change orders, and subcontract agreements
- Watch for risk and deal with issues before they escalate
- Keep projects on time and on budget, full stop

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- 5+ years of project management experience in ICI construction
- Comfortable owning a budget and a schedule without hand-holding
- Solid communicator, especially under pressure
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related education
- Gold Seal certification is a nice-to-have





About the Job This is a permanent, full-time role with a base salary in the $105,000 to $145,000 range depending on experience, plus benefits and a long runway for growth.
