We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Admin Advantage Operations team through a period of significant transformation. The team is undergoing rapid growth, introducing new client services, and executing the final stages of multiple automation initiatives while evolving toward a future‑state Target Operating Model. This role will work closely with the AVP of Operations and operations leadership to provide structure, coordination, and momentum across change initiatives.

The Project

Manager will develop integrated roadmaps, support organizational readiness, ensure clear roles and responsibilities and act as a central “glue” between strategy, delivery, and day‑to‑day operations to help the team successfully transition from current state to future state. Ideal candidate brings strong operations and organizational readiness experience, comfort working in ambiguity, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans while preparing teams for change.

Location: Waterloo, Montreal, Toronto, Halifax Duration: 6‑month contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Advantages - Work‑Life Balance Work Model Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Responsibilities - Project & Delivery Management - Develop and maintain integrated project plans and roadmaps that align automation efforts, new services, and operating model changes.

- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively identify and resolve blockers.
- Serve as a single point of coordination across the various sub‑teams.
- Automation & Process Enablement - Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure teams understand technology and all aspects of change readiness.
- Ensure operational impacts of automation are clearly understood, documented, and addressed.
- Help define future‑state processes and transition plans from manual or legacy approaches to automated solutions.




- Operating Model & Organizational Readiness - Support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model, including roles, responsibilities, workflows, and governance.
- Assess organizational readiness by identifying impacts to people, processes, tooling, and ways of working.
- Develop readiness plans that address training needs, role clarity, capacity impacts, and sequencing of change.
- Partner with leaders to prepare teams for new services, new ways of working, and increased scale.
- Change & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with the AVP of Operations and leadership team to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
- Facilitate working sessions, planning workshops, and leadership discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
- Support change efforts by reinforcing clarity, transparency, and shared understanding across the team.
- Governance & Reporting - Establish and support appropriate governance forums, status reporting, and decision frameworks.
- Provide concise, action‑oriented updates to senior leadership on delivery status, risks, and readiness.
- Ensure documentation (roadmaps, plans, process artifacts) is current and accessible.

Qualifications - Degree / Certifications: Any degree - Years of Overall Experience: 6+ years Preferred Background - Insurance domain knowledge - Operations experience MUST‑HAVE HARD SKILLS - Transformation – Experience supporting large‑scale operational or organizational change - Delivery – Strong end‑to‑end project execution and roadmap ownership - Readiness – Assessing and preparing people,
