We are currently looking for a project manager to join our dynamic Ottawa team.
As part of your duties, your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, organize, lead and control assigned construction projects
- Participate in project planning and monitoring meetings
- Represent Atwill-MorinStructurewith the client and professionals (participate in the kick-off meeting, site meetings, etc.)
- Plan the needs for labour, materials, equipment and tools
- Build and follow the project timeline
- Follow up on shop drawings and manage changes
- Determine and obtain the permits required for the execution of the project
- Implement and supervise the prevention program on assigned sites
- Coordinate and manage prevention in occupational health and safety
- Prepare, have approved and transmit the required contractual documents and correspondence
- Notify the client of any additional work and notify subcontractors of any chargebacks
- Produce and distribute site guidelines
- Track costs and additional work
- Provide the accounting team the information about the progress of the project and ensure the preparation of invoi
