Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting property management operations, ensuring smooth communication with tenants, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the management of property operations, including tenant relations and maintenance requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations and high tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts related to leasing properties, including marketing vacant units.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.




- Proficiency in Condo Control software is highly desirable, (but willing to educate)
- Solid customer relationship management skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with tenants and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
