Responsibilities

- Assist children with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to support their independence and comfort
- Collaborate with medical professionals to implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including medication reminders and routine health monitoring
- Collect and document data related to patient progress, behavior, and responses to treatments accurately and efficiently
- Support children in educational or therapeutic activities, fostering a positive workplace for growth and development
- Maintain clear communication with families about care routines, progress,



and any concerns that arise during shifts
- Follow hospital protocols and adhere to medical terminology standards to ensure safety and compliance at all times
- Participate in research initiatives or case management processes aimed at improving pediatric patient outcomes

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in healthcare, educational, or community settings is highly preferred
- Experience in hospital environments or pediatric clinics will be advantageous
- Knowledge of research methods related to pediatric health or special education practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with patient care procedures, medical terminology, and case management techniques is desired
- Demonstrated ability to collect accurate data and support multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting
