- Develop phase-appropriate cost estimates for Turnaround scopes
- Track actuals, commitments, and variances throughout execution
- Manage purchase orders and invoice validation in SAP
- Build cost dashboards and reporting packages
- Lead reconciliation and documentation during cost close-out activities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Over 10 years' experience in cost engineering or project controls
- Knowledge of oil & gas or petrochemical industry
- Proficient in SAP and Primavera P6
