Summary Enterprise Marketing Technology Product Group will build and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and support to our partners, ensuring TD Marketing is a best-in-class North American organization underpinned by an integrated and future-proofed technology stack. We will win by delivering capabilities, maximizing the use of data, automating execution, innovating with purpose, and enabling personalization for customers and prospects in the right channel and at the right time.
Lead the creation of comprehensive, effective end-to-end test strategies and plans for platforms and projects on high profile, complex and high-risk initiatives with significant impact to the organization. Overall accountability on test approach and test delivery, maximizing automation to provide for fast delivery based on requirements and specifications Provide test expertise with a focus on efficiency, developing innovative solutions covering all aspects of testing, with a focus on automation, end to end solutioning leveraging diverse solutions (test data management, service virtualization and/or test environment provisioning) Plan, design, and execute test activities in alignment with enterprise and industry standards. Provide end-to-end leadership in test strategy and planning, overseeing all types of testing to ensure solutions meet business and quality requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for test strategy, planning, and execution, participating in demand intake, capacity forecasting during PI planning, and managing project or platform lifecycles. Develop effective test solutions, estimate costs and deliverables, and offer expertise to optimize quality-related expenditures. Define and monitor metrics to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
Identify and communicate risks and mitigation strategies using relevant data. Leverage technology to develop and execute testing efficiently within platforms or projects. Drive continuous improvement and innovation at the team or program group level.
Build, enhance, and deploy BDD and automation frameworks, as well as service virtualization capabilities. Develop and automate tests, promote in-sprint automation,
and integrate testing to support CI/CD/CT pipelines. Act as an ambassador and advocate for quality across the organization.
Champion consumer quality, ensuring colleagues deliver the highest quality code possible.
Experience and/or Education BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience Strong academic background (e.g., software engineering, computer science) 5-7+ years of relevant experience in software testing, including API , ETL, and accessibility Hands on experience in Java, GitHub and RestAssured Who We Are TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
