- Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will define front-end architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver up-to-date, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Design and implement scalable front-end architecture using React.js and related technologies.
- • Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for front-end development.
- • Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations.
- • Build reusable UI components and shared libraries.
- • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams.
- • Review code, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure high code quality.
- • Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges and career growth.
- • Drive adoption of modern front-end technologies and engineering best practices.
- • Design secure authentication and authorization solutions.
- • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.




- • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Required Skills
- • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in React.js.
- • Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- • Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
- • Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
- • Strong knowledge of component-driven architecture and design systems.
- • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration.
- • Proficiency in state management, routing, and asynchronous programming.
- • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- • Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm, and modern build tools.
- • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- • Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- • Experience leading enterprise-scale front-end modernization initiatives.
- • Knowledge of Node.js and backend integration.
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
