Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), also known as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavioral intervention plans to support children and families. You will also work directly with the child.

Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in communication, social skills, and daily living activities. Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans based on thorough assessments and data collection.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the reasons behind specific behaviors.
- Implement evidence-based strategies tailored to each child's unique needs, ensuring consistency across all settings.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support strategies.




- Provide training and supervision to caregivers and team members on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records within electronic medical records systems while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Skills

- Proven experience working with children in behavioral or educational settings.
- Strong understanding of special education principles and individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward children and families.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and developmental disorders.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records for documentation and data management.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately for ongoing assessment of intervention effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
