Etobicoke High Performance Health Clinic is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our clinic currently includes Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, a Naturopathic Doctor, a Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapists who work together to deliver exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused RMT who is passionate about helping people move and feel their best. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving practice while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our modern clinic features 8 private treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness studio. We are committed to providing our practitioners with the tools they need to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Skilled liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and therapeutic massage techniques
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience treating sports injuries
- Cupping certification
- Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
- Active Release Techniques (ART) or other soft tissue certifications
- Experience working alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors
- Interest in rehabilitation and exercise-based care
