Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess health history, identify areas of concern, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary.
- Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols.




- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Valid license or certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited regulatory body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
