Duties

- Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommended follow-up treatments to support ongoing wellness
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety guidelines




- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and any contraindications
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to optimize client care and recovery

Experience

- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program and registration with the relevant licensing body
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments, answering questions, and providing professional advice
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
