Oulton College is actively hiring passionate and experienced Nursing Faculty, including Theory and Clinical Instructors, for our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program in Moncton, NB.

Key Responsibilities - Teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings.

- Deliver engaging,



evidence-based instruction aligned with program outcomes.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Support student development through mentorship and academic guidance.
- Participate in the development, review, and revision of curriculum as required.
- Contribute to program, campus, industry, and professional activities.

Requirements - Clinical Instruction: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required.

- Theory Instruction: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner designation, or equivalent required. Candidates with a Master’s degree in progress will be considered.
- Eligible for registration (or active status) with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB).
- Minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse.
