Role Description The Registered Nurse role at Immigrow Visas is a full-time, on-site position located in Canada.

The Registered

Nurse will provide direct patient care in accordance with qualified standards, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient responses. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and families on health conditions and treatment options, and promoting evidence-based practices.



The nurse will also participate in infection control, quality improvement, and safety initiatives, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. This role may involve supporting clients with medical documentation and assessments related to immigration processes as needed.

Qualifications

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada and eligibility to practice in the relevant province or territory.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or community health settings, with knowledge of nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation and use electronic medical record systems effectively.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement procedures.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle fast-paced or high-acuity environments.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and patient-centered care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent), with additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) considered an asset.
- Experience or interest in supporting patients with immigration-related medical documentation is an advantage.
