Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with experience in primary care and pediatrics to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative functions in a rapid-paced medical office.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

- Obtain and record patient vitals and measurements

- Assist physicians with pediatric procedures

- Prepare and turn over exam rooms between patients

- Administer vaccines in accordance with scope of practice

- Maintain cold chain procedures for vaccines

- Manage vaccine inventory, request vaccines, and ensure proper storage

- Review patient immunization records and ensure vaccines are up to date

- Support physicians with patient inquiries and follow-ups

- Review test results as directed by physicians

- Order medical and office supplies

- Clean and maintain exam rooms and clinical areas

Administrative & Front Desk Support:

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

- Manage emails, faxes, and referrals

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Send patient messages and reminders





- Support front desk activities as needed

- Prepare and organize patient charts for the day

Inventory & Supplies

- Maintain accurate vaccine inventory and records

- Request and track vaccines, (including laboratory and diagnostic supplies)

- Monitor and record refrigerator temperatures daily

- Review incoming reports and results, flagging them appropriately for physician review

- Monitor internal communication systems and respond promptly and appropriately

- Print and reprint patient educational materials as required

Qualifications & Requirements

- Active Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in good standing

- Previous experience in primary care office and/or pediatrics preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment

- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Team-oriented with a compassionate and professional demeanor

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
