The Clinical Directors at Virtual CBT (https://www.virtualcbt.ca) are looking for a registered psychotherapist to join our interdisciplinary team of independent contractors. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering evidence-based care with a qualified team of CBT experts.

Jobs Specs

- Willing to work a minimum caseload of 5 clients per week

- Fully remote position in Ontario, you can determine your caseload hours

- Competitive therapist split (30 for clinic, 70 for therapist)

- 2026 Rates: $185 for 50-minute session

Job Qualifications

- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO (please no qualifying)

- Must be Registered in Ontario and in valuable standing

- Liability insurance required

- +5 years of experience with CBT

- Required: Experience with evidence-based OCD therapy (ERP)



and exposure treatments for phobias and anxiety disorders

- Certificate or specific training in CBT and ERP

- Registration with CACBT is an asset

- Quiet & secure space for appointments as well as a secure device (device with private account/password)
