This role is a one-year contract in support of the People function, reporting directly to the Director of People Operations. You'll manage employee data in BambooHR, execute payroll processes, and oversee onboarding/offboarding while implementing AI tools for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy of employee data in HR systems
- Coordinate payroll processing across regions
- Implement onboarding and exit procedures for staff
- Administer job postings and candidate management in ATS
- Generate reports for HR metrics and analytics Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in HR or People Operations
- Solid experience with BambooHR or equivalent systems
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data management
- Experience with payroll across multi-jurisdictional needs
