Duties

- Greet customers warmly at the front desk, establishing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Assist customers in selecting rental products or services that meet their needs through active listening and product knowledge
- Manage data entry accurately into our rental management system using Microsoft Word and Excel to ensure seamless transactions
- Conduct negotiations with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Promote additional services or upgrades through persuasive marketing techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain organized records of rentals, returns,



and customer interactions to support efficient operations

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong administrative experience with proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and team members
- Proven sales experience in retail or outside sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence
- Negotiation skills to close deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently at the front desk and during sales processes
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote rental options and enhance customer engagement
- Ability to handle maintenance issues or inquiries related to rental vehicles or facilities when necessary
- Cleaning and rearranging vehicles on lot.
