Technical Adhesives is hiring a Research Chemist to join our team in Mississauga. We manufacture hot melt adhesives, water-based adhesives, and custom formulations for industrial applications, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented and hands-on to help ensure every batch meets spec.

What you'll do:

- Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

- Investigate out-of-spec results and support root-cause troubleshooting

- Support continuous improvement of QC procedures and testing methods

- Maintain accurate lab notes

- Research and development of new products

- Analysis on competitors products

- Troubleshoot customer requirements

- Run trials to make adjustments to formulas.

What we're looking for:

- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

- Strong attention to detail and solid documentation habits

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with standard lab/testing equipment
