GWell Cleaning Services is looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Residential Cleaning
- Commercial & Office Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists.
- Maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes and businesses.
- Report maintenance concerns or damages when necessary.
- Ensure high-quality results on every job.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
- Experience with residential, commercial, office, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid Background Check (required).
- Reliable transportation or ability to travel independently to different job locations.
- Own basic cleaning supplies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.




- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing cleaning duties for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience cleaning houses, condos, offices, clinics, and commercial buildings.
- Experience with home organizing is an asset.
- Own vacuum cleaner is an asset.
- Customer service experience.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Morning or evenings shifts
- Day shifts
