In this role, you will lead busy shifts, coach and develop team members, support day-to-day restaurant operations, and help drive strong guest experiences and business results. and develop shift leaders and team members Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable Build a positive, respectful, and high-performance workplace culture Lead from the floor and provide visible support during busy shifts DELIVER AN EXCELLENT GUEST EXPERIENCE Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally Support consistent hospitality and service standards Ensure guest feedback is addressed and used to improve performance MANAGE RESTAURANT OPERATIONS Lead opening, closing, and peak-volume shifts Support scheduling, labour management, and daily staffing decisions Maintain food-quality, safety, cleanliness, and execution standards Help ensure restaurant policies and operating procedures are followed Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other members of the leadership team DRIVE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE Monitor key restaurant performance metrics Help manage labour, costs, sales,
