Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Conduct interviews and hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote outstanding customer service experiences
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in restaurant management or similar food service roles
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience within the food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required
- Demonstrated team management abilities including interviewing, training, and performance coaching
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with restaurant management software and hospitality tools; hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
- Robust organizational skills to oversee restaurant operations efficiently
