Restaurant Server / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Restaurant Server / Supervisor to join our team. This position combines serving responsibilities with leadership duties to help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide friendly, attentive service
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and check on guests throughout their visit
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Support and supervise front-of-house employees during assigned shifts
- Help organize staff sections, breaks, and daily side duties
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with training and coaching new and existing team members
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Ensure staff follow restaurant policies, food safety requirements, and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Complete cash-outs, deposits, shift reports, and other administrative duties when required
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room




- Assist management with inventory, scheduling, and operational tasks as needed
- Lead by example and support the team during busy periods

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience is required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid responsible alcohol service certification is required where applicable
- Food safety certification is an asset

Job Type: Full time or Part-time Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: $15.50-$21.00 per hour
