Role Description The Retail Store Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Covent Garden Market in London, ON. This role involves greeting customers, providing helpful and courteous assistance, and supporting a positive shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling transactions at the point of sale, answering product and service questions, restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness and order within the store.

The associate will assist with inventory counts, receiving and tagging merchandise, and reporting low-stock items to management. The role also includes collaborating with team members, following store policies and procedures, and contributing to promotional activities and seasonal events held within the market.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Experience.
- Candidates should possess Customer-focused Service and explicit Communication abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic Inventory Management skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise safely, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
