Role Description The Retail Store Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Oakville, ON. The associate is responsible for providing customer-focused service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring a positive customer experience at the counter and over the phone. Daily tasks include preparing and assembling food items according to Pizza Nova standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

The role also involves handling cash and electronic payments, managing order flow, supporting inventory checks, restocking supplies, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Team members collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet service goals and uphold Pizza Nova’s quality and brand standards.





Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when engaging with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to deliver customer-focused service and contribute to a positive, consistent customer experience.
- Clear and effective communication skills for in-person and phone interactions, and for working within a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, restocking, and handling supplies in a retail or food service environment.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a rapid-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene standards, and following company policies and procedures.
