Job Summary

As a Retail Floor Lead, you will serve as a dynamic and energetic leader on the sales floor, driving exceptional customer experiences while managing daily store operations. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance and customer service skills
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and store cleanliness to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Manage sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Coordinate purchasing activities and assist with stock replenishment to maintain product availability and presentation standards
- Implement marketing strategies within the store to promote products and special offers effectively
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding current team members
- Assist with budgeting, sales management, and inventory control to meet store financial goals
- Supervise cashiering operations, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures and phone etiquette standards




- Foster a team-oriented environment through effective communication skills, leadership, and organizational skills

Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail setting with a strong background in retail sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse customer needs
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, and retail management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is highly desirable
- Knowledge of budgeting, sales management, marketing techniques, and store operations best practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism through phone etiquette and customer interactions
- Multilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele; math skills are essential for inventory counting and bookkeeping tasks
- A proactive leader with excellent time management skills who thrives on motivating teams and achieving sales targets
