Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of customer service
- Assign tasks, and oversee training & development initiatives to enhance staff performance
- Support sales management efforts by implementing merchandising strategies, pricing accuracy, and promotional displays
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Conduct recruiting interviews to attract top talent and participate in onboarding new team members
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with purchasing decisions, and coordinate store merchandising to optimize product presentation
- Enforce store policies on pricing, sales techniques, and safety procedures while maintaining a positive work workplace

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in retail management with strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) preferred to connect with diverse customers and staff
- Expertise in negotiation,



sales management, and marketing strategies to boost store performance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development to build a motivated team
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and store management best practices
- Ability to manage budgets, perform basic math calculations accurately, and handle payroll processes confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences and resolving issues efficiently
