As we continue expanding into the mid-premium and premium travel market, we’re looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys helping customers find the perfect travel solution.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Recommend luggage, backpacks, travel accessories, and travel essentials based on customer needs.
- Process sales using the POS system.
- Receive, unpack, price, and merchandise inventory.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Help maintain an engaging shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers.
- Comfortable lifting luggage weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Weekend availability is required.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in luggage, travel, fashion, sporting goods, or specialty retail.
- Experience using POS systems and inventory software.
- Multilingual candidates are welcome.
