We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our dynamic sales team and elevate the customer shopping experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales activities, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

.Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)

.Assign sales workers to duties

.Authorize payments by cheque

.Authorize return of merchandise

.Establish work schedules

.Sell merchandise

.Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

.Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

.Organize and maintain inventory

.Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers





.Manage cash

Requirements

. Valuable English communication skills; Secondary school graduation and above; 1

year to less than 2 years; French level B1+ is an asset.

. Computer skills(MS Outlook); Own transportation; Accurate; Client focus;

Flexibility; Organized; Reliability; Ability to multitask

. Police Clearance Certificate

Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods; Shift, Weekend, Overtime available
