Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, ensuring excellent customer service at every interaction
- Perform merchandising tasks to maintain attractive displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain organized store areas, including inventory management and stock replenishment,



maintain cleanliness inside and outside in the lot to create a welcoming shopping environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet store goals
