Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
- Oversee merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential and maintain visual standards
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory control, and store replenishment to meet sales goals
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and boost sales
- Conduct interviews, recruit new staff, and assist with onboarding processes
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly,



and maintain high levels of phone etiquette and communication skills

Requirements

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail or related fields
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing, and store management
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in team management, training & development, and leadership roles
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, and supervising staff performance
