We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The Massage

Therapist will create a welcoming environment that encourages client satisfaction and loyalty while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess clients’ conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up services or home care routines.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and ethical practices at all times.




- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience

- Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; we welcome new graduates with proper certification.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for understanding client conditions and documentation.
- Robust customer service skills are essential for building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client concerns.

Pay: $63.00-$84.00 per hour
