Overview The Institute for Sports Physiotherapy and Performance is a Sports Physiotherapy and rehab-based clinic in the heart of Windsor in a newly designed and built clinical space. ISP is looking for a quality driven and motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our team of clinicians in order to provide exceptional care to the people of the Greater Windsor area.
The Registered Massage
Therapist will provide therapeutic and rehabilitative massage treatments to assist in pain management, recovery, and performance optimization within a multidisciplinary care model. Working closely with a variety of other health care professionals (Sports Physiotherapist, Athletic Therapist, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Dietitian) to collectively assist the patient in meeting their rehab / performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform client assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
· Deliver a variety of massage techniques target towards the patient’s preference and desired outcomes.
· Collaborate with a variety of specialized health care professional on care plans.
· Educate clients on posture, stretching, and home care strategies.
· Maintain proper documentation and client records as per CMTO standards.
· Ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.
· Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.
Qualifications
· Diploma in Massage Therapy from an approved college.
· Registration in valuable standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
· Eligibility to work as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario
· Current liability insurance.
· Experience working in a sports or orthopaedic setting is an asset.
· Experience working in an athletic population is an asset.

· Independent contractor model. Starting at part time with the option to increase hours as the caseload builds
· Compensation: 50–70% of billed massage therapy fees depending on experience, professional development and qualification levels.
