Job Title: RPA Developer - UiPath & AI Agents

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with 6-8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using the UiPath platform

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, Document Understanding, and enterprise-grade bot development. This role involves collaborating with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency through innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Build and maintain enterprise automation frameworks leveraging UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, and AI Center.
- Integrate Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities into automation workflows for intelligent decision-making and process orchestration.
- Develop attended and unattended bots across web, desktop, Citrix, and legacy/mainframe environments.
- Implement end-to-end bot lifecycle management, including monitoring, support, maintenance, and optimization.
- Design robust exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms for automated processes.
- Develop document processing solutions using OCR, classification, extraction, and validation workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions.




- Create and consume REST APIs to integrate enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, version control practices, and automation deployment processes.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and operational standards.
- Participate in process mining and task mining initiatives to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
