Must-Haves:

- 8+ years of extensiveknowledgeof P25 radio technology acquired through design and/or support, preferably in a Motorola setting
- 5+ years in a supervisory position managing and/or administering a P25 radio network
- Hands-on experience with voice and data encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation and KVL
- Hands-on experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, the Provisioning Manager software(PM) and Unified Event Manager (UEM) or equivalent
- Proficiency in producing various report as they related to the LRC use of the LMRN
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and people skills
- Ability to produce clear,



succinct and fact based recommendations and proposals
- Demonstrated knowledge of people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule, delegate and review the work of subordinates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships as necessitated by the work
- Able to obtain OPP Level 4 Security Clearance
