Rubber Surfacing Installer (Trowel Experience Preferred)

Rubber Decker is one of Ontario's leading installers of premium pour-in-place rubber surfacing for pool decks, playgrounds, walkways, patios, and commercial projects. We take pride in producing high-quality work and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Install pour-in-place rubber surfacing on residential and commercial projects.
- Trowel and finish rubber to a smooth, professional standard.
- Assist with site preparation, mixing materials, and cleanup.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Requirements
- Valid G driver's license (REQUIRED).
- Experience troweling rubber surfacing is a robust asset.
- Experience with concrete finishing, asphalt, landscaping, or similar construction trades is an asset.




- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites between Newmarket and Barrie.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
