Job descriptions

Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options Performing frame adjustments and repairs Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments Collecting contact and health information,



and answering patient questions efficiently Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine Submitting insurance payments for patients Scanning hard files How do we take care of you?
