About the Role

Pearl Builders is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our Pearl Valley Homes project. This is a hands-on chance to gain experience in residential real estate sales and marketing, working directly with our sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations at the model home, assisting with prospective homebuyer inquiries

Collect and organize buyer information/leads for the sales team

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating between buyers and sales representatives

Support cold calling and lead follow-up from assigned lists

Help monitor and report on marketing campaign/ad performance

Assist with coordinating marketing vendors and materials

Contribute ideas for improving lead generation and outreach strategies

Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed Qualifications:





Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with cold calling and customer-facing interactions

Basic familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Adobe, social media platforms) an asset

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Reliable transportation to commute to the Brampton site What We Offer:
