Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation

- Follow proper Id procedures in accordance with BC Tobacco laws

- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and technical specifications

- Assist customers with selecting products, upselling where appropriate to enhance their purchase experience

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently

- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization skills

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction





- Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all visitors

- Previous experience in technology or retail sales is preferred, especially with technical products or gadgets

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

- Proven ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and advantages

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems

- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours

- Exceptional phone etiquette for assisting customers remotely or over the phone when needed

- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, approachable demeanor
