Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate products effectively, including conducting detailed product demos to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant accessories or services to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers on product features, technical specifications, and usage tips




- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization to ensure a well-stocked sales floor

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly preferred, especially with a focus on customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for connecting with diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated technical sales experience with familiarity in presenting complex products or solutions effectively
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, POS systems, or cash handling enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management ensure productive daily operations
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, help build lasting customer relationships
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions and upselling opportunities
