Responsibilities

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
- Manage sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system operations
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members, fostering a welcoming environment





Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus
- Strong technical sales experience, including explaining product features and benefits clearly to customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, POS operations, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward upselling and enhancing the shopping experience
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
