What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships in our community.

Your day will include:

Greeting customers and creating a welcoming, pressure-free experience

Learning about each customer's needs and recommending the right vehicle

Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Following up with showroom visitors, internet leads, and existing customers using our CRM

Building long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Working closely with our Finance and Management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Achieving personal and team sales goals while continuing to develop your skills

Requirements

Valid BC Driver's Licence

Ability to obtain a VSA Licence (current licence is an asset but not required)

Weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule

Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
