Fahrhall is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Sales Representative to join our Residential Sales Team.
This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional who is passionate about helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from consultation through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, and home comfort needs.
- Recommend HVAC solutions that best meet customer requirements and budgets.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Work collaboratively with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential HVAC sales is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and home comfort products is considered a strong asset.
