Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through outside sales visits, product demos, and in-store interactions to promote our offerings effectively.
- Utilize tools like SketchUp and CAD to demonstrate product features and assist clients with renovation or construction projects.
- Manage account relationships by upselling additional products and services, ensuring customer needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Conduct inside sales activities including POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering to facilitate seamless purchasing experiences.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract recent clients and retain existing customers through personalized communication and merchandising efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.




- Maintain organizational records of sales activities, product inventory, and client interactions to support ongoing account management.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency with SketchUp, CAD software, or similar tools for product demonstrations and client consultations.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients.
- Familiarity with renovation projects, construction processes, and related products or services.
- Ability to upsell products through persuasive techniques and understanding of customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and coordinating merchandising efforts.
- Basic math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and payment transactions.
- Experience in customer service roles emphasizing active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
