Position Purpose:

The Salesforce Solution Specialist, exists to provide technical leadership for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that support The Salvation Army in Canada.



This role ensures that solution architecture, integrations, security, and system customizations are aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements. By guiding technical direction and influencing development teams, the Specialist helps deliver secure, scalable, and effective technology solutions that enhance efficiency and enable The Salvation Army in Canada to better serve communities across the country.

Key Accountabilities:

- Influence the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions to ensure scalable, secure, and effective technology outcomes.
- Guide the development and deployment of technical components, including integrations, security frameworks, and solution customizations.
- Influence the squad by providing technical direction and promoting best practices across assigned capabilities.
