1. Experience on Partner Programs –
2. The candidate should be ready with examples and anecdotes about features that went well, what failed, which tools were used, and how the candidate is using AI
3. What are the components of the partner solution, tech stack - Apex, LWC, Templates ( LWR, etc)
4. How the team works in agile/scrum; ability to work on multiple small programs, stakeholder management etc
5. AI Knowledge : Using Claude code- what is the familiarity with the AI tools and how effectively we have been using them in our current project when it comes to SDLC ( coding, debugging, testing, deployment, RCA, etc)
